Where can I get Botox treatment?
Forehead lines
For the horizontal lines you notice when you raise your eyebrows or make expressive movements.
Frown lines
Vertical lines between the eyebrows, often called “frown lines” or “11s,” that appear when you concentrate or furrow your brow.
Chin
For a dimpled or pebbled appearance caused by an overactive chin muscle, the mentalis. Botox in the chin can also prevent shortening of the chin, producing a longer, more oval facial shape.
Crow’s feet
Expression lines that appear at the outer corners of your eyes when you smile or squint.
Masseters
For strong masseter muscles that may contribute to jaw tension, headaches, cracked teeth, gum issues, or make your lower face look wider.
For select concerns around your mouth, including movement-related lines or subtle lip shaping. A “Lip flip” is when units are placed carefully around the top lip, to help the lip flip out. This gives you more pink lip when you smile, because it prevents the top lip from flipping inwards.

Your Botox appointment
Often called a “lunchtime treatment,” Botox is a quick, refined appointment designed to fit beautifully into your busy lifestyle. You can have natural results while softening lines of motion in the face.
Step 1: Consultation & facial mapping
Your injector studies how your face moves and identifies the areas contributing most to the lines you want to soften.
Step 2: Personalized treatment
Once your plan is clear, Botox is placed precisely based on your anatomy, goals, and desired level of movement.
You’ll leave with simple aftercare guidance and a clear idea of when your results should begin to appear.
Step 3: Aftercare & results
Botox results, treatment duration & frequency
-
You may start noticing less movement in the treated muscles and early softening of expression lines.
-
This is when Botox has fully kicked in, and we can better evaluate your muscle relaxation, balance, and overall result.
-
For most patients, results last around three to four months. Botox wears off gradually, so you’ll notice movement returning before your lines become more visible again. Most patients come back every three to four months, but we don’t treat you on a fixed schedule. We look at how your face is moving, how much your last treatment has worn off, and where treatment is actually needed each time.
Preventative Botox:
Starting before the lines set in
Wrinkles in your mid-twenties? Not necessarily.
Prevention has always been a big part of how we approach skin at our clinic. Preventative Botox works by reducing repeated muscle movement before those expression lines become more deeply set into the skin.
But coming in early doesn’t automatically mean we’ll recommend treatment. We’ll assess your facial movement and whether Botox is likely to benefit you at this stage. When it does, we use precise, conservative dosing to soften excessive movement while preserving natural expression.
Why patients choose us
Clinical expertise
Treatment is guided by facial anatomy and movement, not a one-size-fits-all injection map.
Skin-inclusive care
We work with a wide range of skin tones, types, textures, and aesthetic concerns.
Honest conservative recommendations
More treatment is not always better. If we think you need fewer units, a different treatment, or no treatment at all, we will tell you.

Botox treatment involves a series of small injections into carefully selected muscles to temporarily reduce the movement that contributes to expression lines.
The active ingredient in BOTOX® Cosmetic is onabotulinumtoxinA. It works by blocking the release of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger involved in muscle contraction. When the treated muscle contracts less strongly, the skin above it folds less—helping lines appear smoother. Over time, nerve signaling returns, and the effect gradually wears off.
BOTOX® Cosmetic was first FDA approved for cosmetic use in 2002 and is a prescription medicine.
-
BOTOX® Cosmetic is FDA-approved for the temporary improvement of moderate to severe forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet, and certain vertical neck bands in adults. It has been used cosmetically for more than 20 years. As with any medical treatment, Botox carries potential risks and side effects. Before treatment, your Mosaic injector will review your medical history, discuss what to expect, and confirm whether Botox is appropriate for you.

Try this quick mirror test.
Stand in front of a mirror and let your face fully relax.
If the line disappears, it’s a dynamic line. Botox usually treats these very well.
If you can still see the line at rest, it has become a static line. Botox can soften it, and repeated treatments may help over time because your skin gets a break from constantly folding in the same place. For deeper lines, we may also talk with you about treatments like [microneedling] or [filler].
This is one of the first things we’ll look at during your consultation. It helps us give you realistic expectations about what Botox can and can’t do for your skin.

The injections are given with a very fine needle, and most patients describe a brief pinch. The full set of injections takes only a few minutes. Tell your injector if you're anxious about discomfort — there are options.
-
Most patients treat every three to four months. Treating more frequently than every three months has not been clinically evaluated, and we don't recommend it.
-
Yes. Men are a meaningful share of our injectable patients. Facial muscles in men are frequently stronger and thicker,, which often means higher dosing than a comparable treatment in a woman—another reason the dose should follow assessment rather than a fixed menu.
-
You'll receive written aftercare instructions at your appointment. Our aftercare guide has the full protocol.
